Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if they meet certain conditions. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels. The product must also be in the same condition as when you received it, showing no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. However, please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or their perishable nature. Examples include personal care products, opened cosmetics, and any items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Once you receive the RA number, please pack the item securely, ensuring all original packaging and materials are included, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our return criteria, you will be informed, and the item may be returned to you at your expense. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, and any promotional discounts applied to the order will be deducted from the refund amount.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange for the same item or issue a store credit if the item is no longer available.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to personal care products such as skincare, cosmetics, and other hygiene-related items once opened, as well as perishable goods like food products and other consumables. Additionally, custom or personalized items that have been made according to your specifications, and products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase, cannot be returned.
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the order has already been shipped, you may follow our standard return process after you receive the item.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receipt. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification purposes. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund. In such cases, we will cover any return shipping costs.
